Expect ripe blackberry, raspberry, dark cherry, vanilla, baking spice, dark chocolate, and warming spice with full body and ripe tannins. Dusi Vineyard old-vine Zinfandel is widely respected for concentration and brambly character. The 2018 California vintage was excellent.

BACA is the Zinfandel-focused project from the Wagner Family of Wines (Caymus, Mer Soleil, Belle Glos). Founded by Joe Wagner. Dusi Vineyard is one of Paso Robles' most historically important old-vine Zinfandel sites, planted in the 1920s. Multiple top producers source from Dusi.
