The producer
Groth Vineyards & Winery was founded in Oakville in 1982 by Dennis and Judy Groth. The estate gained landmark recognition when its 1985 Reserve Cabernet became the first California wine to receive a perfect 100-point score from Robert Parker. The Oakville bottling is the estate's standard Cabernet.
