Vigna Rionda is Massolino’s single-vineyard Barolo Riserva from Serralunga d’Alba. Its style is firmly structured Nebbiolo, with red-fruit and floral character that can gain tobacco and woodland nuances with age. The emphasis is on depth, freshness and a persistent dry finish; the condition of this 2000 bottle cannot be inferred.

The producer
The Massolino family has worked in Serralunga d’Alba since 1896. Vigna Rionda is central to its identity: the estate began acquiring parcels there in 1956, and the vineyard’s calcareous marl and hillside position distinguish this Riserva from its broader Barolo bottling.
