Rhone Varietals & Blends

Mourvedre, Terra Rouge, Sierra Foothills, 2012

Terra Rouge · 2012

Expect blackberry, plum, gamy meat, black pepper, dried herb, and earthy notes with full body and structured tannins. Mourvèdre typically shows more savory, gamy character than Syrah or Grenache. At 13 years from vintage, the wine should be drinking well.
