The producer

Opus One was founded in 1979 as a partnership between Robert Mondavi and Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Château Mouton Rothschild — one of the first major Napa-Bordeaux collaborations and a defining moment in California's emergence as a world-class wine region. The estate's iconic mound-shaped winery sits in Oakville. Now part of Constellation Brands.
