The producer
Tenuta Sette Ponti is owned by the Moretti Cuseri family, with the estate name referring to the seven bridges crossing the Arno between the family's land and Florence. Oreno is the estate's flagship Super Tuscan, first produced in 1999.
What critics say
Oreno consistently receives scores in the mid- to high-90s from major critics, including James Suckling, and is widely regarded as one of the top modern Super Tuscans.
