The producer

Seven Hills Winery was founded in 1988 in Walla Walla and is one of the AVA's foundational producers. The Ciel du Cheval Vineyard is one of Washington's most acclaimed sites, planted in 1975 on Red Mountain — Washington's warmest AVA. Multiple top producers receive Ciel du Cheval allocations.
